Welcome home.

CANTEMOS Medicine Music and Singing Circle by Arcana de Amor embodies the new global cosmic village upholding the traditional ways of working with medicine music in a deeply reverential way. Our gatherings are not performances but a sacred space for everyone to bring their intentions, music instruments, and join their voices in one ecstatic prayer. It is a magic portal to access the ceremonial inner sanctum embedded deeply within our hearts. It’s a way for us to come together again and again in a place where we can support and inspire each other on this path where we walk each other Home.

With a sense of deepest respect and honoring the underlying spiritual root traditions of the Earth, we offer medicine songs from different world traditions in many languages, such as English, Spanish, Portuguese, Hebrew, Arabic, Sanskrit, Russian, Ukrainian, Lakota, Saponi, Quechua, Tupi-Guarani, Hantxa Kuin, Yawanawa, and more. Some of our inspirations are: yogic kirtan chanting, meditation, Hasidic devekus nigunim as “songs that transcend syllables and sound,“ shamanic icaros, Carioca’s White Nights, and ancient grandmas singing in Ukrainian villages.

Please join us and bring you, your energy, your voice, and your open heart.

Why CANTEMOS?

CANTEMOS provides a space to connect to a deep spiritual practice outside the ceremonies, and especially during the integration phase afterwards. It facilitates integration by reactivating previous medicine teachings and reconnecting us with our ancestral sacred traditions on a soul level.

1.

Not being a performance, this supportive environment helps us move beyond toxic competitive patterns and ego-driven perfectionism.

2.

Seasoned musicians get to collaborate, learn new medicine songs, and enjoy sharing their talents with a grateful audience. At the same time, beginners appreciate an opportunity to immerse themselves into the powerful group healing energy while practicing their instruments and developing their voices in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

3.

We get a chance to find our voice by bringing to the light and healing any unprocessed trauma related to our obstructed throat chakra.

4.

People bring their friends, children, and other family members, who might be not ready or able to embark on an arduous journey of their own – but want to experience the healing energy of the medicine plants nonetheless.

6.

The entire body benefits from release of the feel-good chemicals in the brain, as well as from vagus nerve stimulation, which increases immunity and reduces inflammation.

5.

Those who are taking a break from directly working with plant medicines, get to vibrationally re-align themselves with the teachings again.

7.

Our gatherings interweave and cross-pollinate different medicine communities by connecting people and forming new alliances.

8.

CANTEMOS brings joy and inspiration to people's daily lives.
